Sapa AS is a limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Norway with corporate registration number 899286952. Its registered office is Sapa AS, c / o Wiersholm AS, Ruseløkkveien 26, 0251 OSLO.

References to Sapa AS or Sapa on this Site should normally be read as referring to Sapa AS and/or, depending on context, other affiliated legal entities authorized (individually and/or collectively “Sapa”). 

Each legal entity within the Sapa Group is responsible for its own business and products. In no event shall a legal entity be responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of another legal entity and by retrieving information through this Site, or otherwise using the Site, you accept that the responsibility and liability for a product, offer, or marketing information is limited only to the legal entity directly involved. 

The information on this Site is provided by Sapa, as general information and as a service to its different target groups, such as customers, shareholders, employees and the general public, and may be used for informational purposes only. 

It is up to you to take all necessary precautions and to ensure that the information you select for your use is free of viruses, worms, trojan horses and other items of destructive nature to computers.

All names, logos and trademarks used on the Site are the property of Sapa, its affiliates, related companies or its licensors or joint venture partners.

Sapa’s brand name and trademarks may be used only in accordance with the use permitted according to this Legal Statement or with the prior permission from Sapa

Any use of Sapa’s brand name and trademarks in the advertising and promotion of Sapa requires proper acknowledgement.
 

3. IPR 

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, trademarks, trade-names, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, trade secret information and their arrangement is the property of Sapa and is protected by Norwegian and international law. Unauthorized use or distribution of any materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and/or other laws and is subject to civil as well as criminal sanctions.

Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting any express or implied license or right to use Sapa’s or any other Sapa entity’s or third party’s intellectual property.

The Site or any portion of the Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, transferred, modified, sold, resold, published or otherwise exploited for any commercial use without prior written approval by Sapa. 

Further, the information on this Site may not be modified, used or transferred for any commercial purposes and any copyright or other proprietary notices may not be removed from the information. Any unauthorized copying of the materials shall be prevented and – if applicable – organizations shall ensure that all employees adheres to these limitations.
